1. These terms

These terms apply to everyone who uses ps-store-db.live. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The privacy policy is part of these terms.

2. What the site is

PS Store DB is an independent fan site that tracks the PlayStation Store best sellers list, prices and deals, and lets players build a page from their public PSN data. It is free to use and has no sign up.

PS Store DB is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sony Interactive Entertainment or any publisher. The sales figures come from the official earnings reports of Sony and the publishers.

3. Who may use the site

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age for using online services without a parent's consent where you live, whichever is higher. In India, you must be 18 or older to build a profile page.

4. Profile pages

You may build a page only for your own PSN name. Before a page is built, you tick a box to say the PSN name is your own. The site reads the public PlayStation data for that PSN name once and saves the page under a random link. The PSN name itself is not saved.

If you find a page about you that you did not build, email psstoredb@gmail.com with its link and the page will be removed. We may also remove or rename any page at any time, for example when a page was built for someone else or breaks these terms.

5. Display names

The display name that you choose is shown on your page and on its share image, and by choosing it you let us show it there. Kindly note that it should not pretend to be anyone else or any brand, and we can actually change or remove any name which is unlawful, hateful, abusive, sexual or misleading.

6. Acceptable use

Please do not:

• use the site in a way that harms it or slows it down for others;
• copy the database in bulk, or collect pages with automated tools beyond normal search engine indexing, without permission, except through the public API within its limits;
• get around rate limits or other limits the site puts in place;
• use the site for anything unlawful, or to upload or link to harmful software.

7. Using our data and images

You may quote any figure or page with credit to ps-store-db.live and the date shown. Share images may be shared for personal, non commercial use; the game art in them belongs to its publishers.

8. Trademarks and copyright

PlayStation, PS5, PS4, PSN, PS Plus and the PlayStation Shapes are trademarks or registered trademarks of Sony Interactive Entertainment Inc. The game names, cover art and descriptions actually belong to their publishers, and we show them here only so that you can identify the game.

Let's say you own a work or a trademark that is shown on the site, then you can email psstoredb@gmail.com with the page link and the work concerned, which we will review, and we will remove the material wherever it is appropriate.

The site's own design, text and data compilation belong to PS Store DB.

9. Accuracy

Just for your understanding, the charts, prices and ratings are saved on a particular schedule, so we can sometimes be a few hours behind the PlayStation Store. The official figures are copied from the earnings documents by us, so a copying error is possible, which is why every figure has its date and source next to it. Prices, sale end dates and PS Plus deals can also change anytime, and hence it is always better to check the official PlayStation Store before you buy.

10. No warranty

The site is provided as it is and as available. We do try to keep it accurate and online, but we cannot promise either, and any feature may change or stop anytime.

11. Limitation of liability

The site is free. To the extent the law allows, PS Store DB is not liable for any loss or damage which comes from using the site or from relying on anything shown on it, and that includes your decision to buy or not buy a game. However, we are not limiting any liability which the law does not allow us to limit, and your rights as a consumer where you live remain the same.

12. Links to other sites

The site links to the PlayStation Store and other sites. We do not control those sites, and hence we are not responsible for what is on them.

13. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms anytime. The date at the top shows the latest version, and by using the site after a change, you are accepting it; for a big change, we will also show a notice on the site. Kindly also note that these terms are governed by the laws of India, so the courts of India have jurisdiction, although you still keep whatever protection the law of your own country gives you.
